Clinics and Games

Our program combines flag football and multi-sport agility skills development in a fun and competitive environment. Drills are designed to improve a player's focus – catch, pass, change direction quickly, accelerate, decelerate, and maintain balance and control while moving. There's no tackling in flag football, and plays rely heavily on open-field movement (similar to soccer, basketball, lacrosse, etc.) where these skills are absolutely crucial.

Students will rotate to different stations to learn and enhance different skills:
1. Offense:
• Receivers: Practice catching the ball, route running, make sharp cuts and quick changes of direction to get open and create separation from defenders.
• Ball Carriers: Players with the ball learn to juke, spin, weave, and accelerate past defenders to avoid their flags from being pulled.
• Quarterbacks: Improve pocket presence, decision-making, scrambling, and footwork for accurate throws.
2. Defense:
• Flag Pulling: Defenders must react instantly to the ball carrier's movements, change direction rapidly, and maintain balance to pull the flag.
• Coverage: Defenders need to mirror offensive players' routes and movements to stay in tight coverage.
• Pursuit: Players develop the agility and speed needed to quickly get to the ball carrier or the intended receiver.
