Key Details
- - 45-min games take place between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

- - The Season consists of 5 Regular Season Games + Playoffs. All teams qualify for the playoffs.

- - Games are coached by dedicated parent/volunteers or league coaches and officiated by referees.

Practice
- Days & Times: Mondays / Thursdays (5:45 pm – 7:00 pm) & Saturdays (30 minutes prior to game time)
- Each registration includes a flexible weekly league‑run group practice/clinic, led by USA Football Certified Coaches. Athlete are welcome to attend any or all weekly practices. Final practice schedules will be confirmed ASAP.
- Parent/Volunteer Coaches can schedule additional practices (optional) around team availability and details will be provided by the coach.
Equipment
- Every player receives an official NFL Flag jersey and flag belt.
- Cleats and mouth guard are required.
Locations
- Great Neck South Middle School and other schools in Manhasset / Glen Head. Final details will be provided before the season starts.
Additional Registration Info
- Late registrations are prorated.
- Flexible registration options:
- - Sign up your athlete individually (we’ll place them on a team).
- - Register with a few friends and join a team.
