Key Details
- - 60-min games take place between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

- - The Season consists of 5 Regular Season Games + Playoffs. All teams qualify for the playoffs.

- - Games are coached by dedicated parent/volunteers and officiated by certified referees.

Practice
- Each registration includes a flexible weekly league‑run group practice/clinic, led by USA Football Certified Coaches. Schedule will be provided before the season starts.
- Parent/Volunteer Coaches can schedule additional practices (optional) around team availability and details will be provided by the coach once the season starts.
Equipment
- Every player receives an official NFL Flag jersey and flag belt.
- Cleats and mouthguard are required.
Location
- Will be played in local schools and parks in North Hempstead. Details will be provided before the season starts.

- Late registrations are prorated.
